Positive: The staff was friendly. The room was very large and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Negative: Although it was conveniently located right off the highway, we could hear highway noises at night. Since this is the only thing located at the exit, eating choices are limited to the hotel restaurant, which doesn't open until 3PM, a place that served greasy food in the convenient store or a deli. Too bad the hotel doesn't include breakfast with the room rate

Positive: It was right off the highway, had place to eat get gas and a travel center. Room to walk the dog with fresh grass a pool and play area looked clean
Negative: When checking in I was informed that there was an extra fee of $50 for my pet, I did mark having a pet when I booked the room, they didn’t know I had a pet. Would have been nice to know there was an additional fee. They said that was Booking.com issue. Booking.com should put a statement on booking that there might be an addition charge for my pet. The $50 was not refundable if my pet didn’t ruin anything. Then because they didn’t know I had a per it became an issue for the room they put me in, but because they were booked they couldn’t move me to a proper room, made me feel it was my fault for having a 15 pound dog and now they were going to have to make sure that room got deep cleaned. Was a bit dated, old dresser in the room, carpet in hallways were very dated, coffee cup ring in counter the bathroom, fresh not just a stain because I could wipe it away. Shower could use a bit more safety, was a step up, brick around the edges and no safety bars or anti slip in tub. Just needs a little updating. They also need to update their road signs, just an example, one sign said cones for 75 cents about 20 miles later $1 for a cone then the restaurant grill was open 24 hours no the deli is 24 hours
Summary: I’d stay here again because it was convenient but they do need to update just a bit

Positive: I first stayed at Little America about 40 years ago and whenever I pass thru this part of WY I try to stay here. As I live in Washington State this tends to work as a roadtrip stop. I have to say the property is a bit tired and I can see the owners are doing some needed remodeling and I hope updating. This did not disturb us at all but of course your milage may vary. A lot of the issues are dated colors and materials in the rooms. The refrigerator, microwave and K cup coffee maker are completely functional. Beds good. Food in the restaurant was good and the 75 cent ice cream puts DQ to shame. Along with Wall Drug, Little America is a American legend.

Positive: Good location, right off the interstate. Very limited services in this area. The room/bed was comfortable and clean. Had a small gym area, gas, restaurant. Since options are very low, this could be a good choice. Better than sleeping in the car or having to drive much further.
Negative: This is an older property. I called in advance to get price and asked if they would price match (was told no). Was quoted $120 so I booked on 3rd party app for $80. The staff was not accommodating in any way. I asked for a room closed to the office with better lighting, where I would feel safer but was told all the other buildings were "closed down". Nothing available. Since I had so much problem booking a room I did not venture to try the restaurant or other facilities.
Summary: My expectations were low ..and were met low.
