Summary: This cabin has everything! Two large spaces for groups to gather and 4 bedrooms. The cabin was clean and tidy and stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed this getaway! We will be back!

Summary: It is a very nice cabin. Lots of cookware, etc. lots of towels. The hosts are VERY responsive and seem very kind. Our arrival timing was off and they let us check in a bit early. We picked up our groceries in Conifer on the way but if I had it to do over I would just use Prathers Market which is a quick 10 minute(?) trip down the mountain. They were well-stocked and priced fairly. There are a couple of dollar stores as well. Fairplay is a cute little town and it is very close to Breckenridge. The views on the way are amazing. The view from the “front porch” of the cabin is picturesque. The propane fire pit is perfect and the zip line for the kids was enjoyed. I highly recommend Little Bear. One caveat: the cabin altitude is 10,400 ft. All of us college educated adults knew nothing about altitude sickness (we live at 700 ft in Aubrey, Tx) and we suffered from it the whole week. We drank 6 cases of water, took nausea medicine, were short of breath and didn’t sleep well among other things. So do the research that never occurred to us and be prepared. Don’t let a lack of knowledge of higher altitudes ruin anything! This is a nice place and the hosts were sweet.
