Positive: The location was fantastic, the bay and beach are stunningly beautiful with breathtaking views and scenery, we were welcomed with a sumptuous cake and a bottle of fizz. The cottage was quaint, warm and exceptionally clean. The hosts were always on hand if needed but respected our privacy and we can’t wait for our return.

Negative: Nothing it was perfect for us

Positive: The cottage was rustic and shabby chic really cute.. We had many goodies on arrival including a fantastic Welsh fruit cake. Our hosts were lovely and very friendly nothing was to much trouble. Had everything we needed Chickens and horses in the yard across which were lovely to watch. Lots of walks from our base, country lanes and down to the beach but long way back up. Pub close by within walking distance with lovely atmosphere.

Negative: Stairs are a little steep but wasn't a problem. A smart TV would be a big bonus as weak signal.

Positive: Very nice touches on arrival welcome bottle of wine cheese scones fresh eggs They also bought a multifunction oven as I advised I had to eat in most days due to dietary requirements Very comfortable bed Cottage cosy when stove on sticks provided and although we had some very wet weather it was lovely being cosy in bed and listening to the rain on the windows ! Dog friendly which was a relief as often hard to get 2 dogs accommodated we have a chihuahua and a lab the wee dog doesn't count lol Nice to have horses and hens around but be aware they do have get general public coming for lessons but this might be a bonus if you want to ride Very clean cottage nicely accessorised and towels provided Lovely hosts who were friendly and chatty left you to your own devices but just next door if you need anything Local pub serves food closed on mon Ltd re my dietary needs but did cater for gf so as kitchen tight for preparation space but good storage You could eat out and lots of eating places in a 10 mild radius as well as supermarkets Def go to Llangefni for shopping aldi Lidli asda tesco Waitrose in menai Bridge expensive

Negative: Seating very low not comfortable for sitting on every eve esp for my partner who has long legs ! we don't go out to pubs unless to eat so comfy seating a higher priority for us Would be better to have 2 arm chairs high back higher height I'd swop rooms round Dining area off kitchen makes more sense Livingroom where dining area is Definitely needs an Internet booster as signal very variable or power line adaptor Thankfully we brought amazon stick so that boosted signal I did struggle with stairs very steep and bedroom floor slippy I did take a tumble lucky to not have been more injured but they did warn you pre booking but as gaps between steps I def wouldn't take young children here and dogs couldn't go upstairs There was an extra bedroom and an extra fold down chair however should you be confident they wouldn't go down on their own you might want to try but I'd take a stair gate I'd carpet the stairs and bedroom floor to reduce risks

Positive: great location nice owners very comfortable mattress in the bed silence, bird singing, rural atmosphere clean and warm fireplace good paths for walking the dog

Negative: no privacy in the bedroom as there is no door no oven but that is not the most important thing nothing more
