Living that Hallmark dream! Enjoy our modern cabin in the woods, 3 BR, 1 Bath; sleeps 6. One-night minimum stay. Ideal for couples or a single family. Screened back porch for private relaxation among the trees. Short walk to Berkeley Springs Brewery and Coolfont Resort (indoor pool and fitness center only). 7 miles to Cacapon Resort State Park. We have a beautiful, private community pool and hot tub (seasonal), tennis courts, hiking trails within the community and a good loop road for walking. Short drive to downtown Berkeley Springs for restaurants and shopping.

Summary: The property is nice a spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Water and dryer a plus. The screened in porch was great for anytime of the day! Since it was a bit cooler than predicted the fireplace was great for watching movies. The games were a hit with our granddaughter that graduated.
