One of Ohio's largest, privately-owned rentals. Poised on a hill overlooking 200 acres of nature, Little Rock Lodge offers hospitality at it’s finest. There is something here for everyone!
Little Rock Lodge is our newest addition to Indian Bear. This lodge is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, and much more. Little Rock Lodge sits on 204 acres. This lodge is perfect for groups of 20-35 guests. The lodge offers 11 private bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms have one queen size bed, 3 of the bedrooms have 2 queen size beds, 1 bedroom has a king size bed, and one of the bedrooms has 4 full size bunks. There is also a master suite which boasts a kitchen, living area, 2 private bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a private bathroom. The lodge also has 2 sofa sleepers in the sleeping loft for guests. All of the bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. There is a 'locker room' that includes 3 shower stalls, 3 sinks and 3 private bathroom stalls. Also, there are 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms on site.
This lodge offers over 8,300 square feet of living space. The large great room has a 73 inch flat screen TV, pool table, large bar, professional shuffle board table, air hockey, fireplace, and comfortable leather furniture for lounging. The kitchen is fully equipped and is the perfect place to cook for large groups. Enjoy your meals in the large dining room. The outdoor amenities include swimming pond, full length basketball court, and large walk out patio with hot tub, fire pit and grill.

Summary: Our family has been getting together for the past 39 years every Labor Day weekend. This is the first time we have shared one big lodge and we want to do it again. The adults all voted and want to be in this lodge every year for now on!!!

Summary: Loved this place. Perfect for children young and old. Camp like feel. Plenty to keep the children busy from sunrise to sunset. Not so fancy to be uncomfortable, just homey and very private. We hope it's available in 2 years for our next reunion.

Summary: We really loved staying here at Little Rock for our joint bachelor and bachelorette party with 20+ of our friends! The pictures do not do it justice! Only three downsides, and they were pretty small comparatively to the amazing stay, were: the grill could have been nicer, the toaster was broken and the hot tub seemed to be very high in chemicals and made us sneeze, itch and our eyes burn. But honestly, I’d go back again every year because it was awesome! Loved it all!

Summary: I found this place by accident when searching for property in Apple Valley. A group of us went down for a weekend getaway and we were amazed right when we walked in the door. The property was so clean inside and out. Also, the layout is great for a larger group. If you are disappointed here you will never be happy. Hats off to everyone who maintains this beautiful property. And a special thank you to Sherri who helped me through the whole process. Already sent my dates for next year and added an extra day.
