Summary: the hotel is new so that was nice. the bed was low to the ground and noisy every time we moved it made noise. the frig was not cleaned but let front desk know. all in all it was a nice stay. checking in at the kiosk was a new experiense but fun

Summary: When we arrived front desk couldn't check us in because they had not received payment from Expedia. Front desk said they couldn't do anything about it (we had prepaid). It was late and after trying to get a hold of Hotels the front desk finally said they by-passed it and were able to check us in. I've been using Hotels for years and have never had this issue. Front desk didn't seem to eager to help resolve issue until my husband complained loudly. I won't stay here again.

Summary: Aside from barking dog next to me and not so soft bed, it was great! Very clean! A/C was perfect. You diffinately need pictures in rooms and in hallways. No desk if its a business trip. I guess you can work at the counter but the bar stools are very hard, uncomfortable plastic seats.

Summary: It was clean the service lady was a little snippy but learned that the kiosk system was key. Room was hella clean and wish I booked it sooner then the quality in that I lost money on but had a bad feeling.
