The dining room hosts a large farm table with seating for eight and additional seating at the 4 bar stools along the bar.
The kitchen has an easy flow with a large bar and stainless appliances. Stocked with small appliances, a toaster, a blender, a hand mixer, and a coffee pot. Pots and pans, baking dishes, serving dishes, and platters. All the utensils you will need to prepare a meal and a grill on the back patio. Also, kids' dishes and plastic patio/deck ware are located in the kitchen.
Just off the kitchen is a mud room/laundry room with a washer and dryer, hanging hooks for wet clothes, and shoe space. Also, a half bath for easy access. Plush beach towels and an ice chest are in the cabinet, and beach chairs are kept in the master closet; enjoy the beach!
The back patio has a hot tub and furniture for outdoor entertainment. Relax on the comfy outdoor furniture on the wraparound porch to enjoy any time of the day, kick back, and watch the kids play or the sunrise over coffee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with our 2 year old, both grandparents, aunt and uncle. This place has everything we could have asked for! The table that seats 8 was great for family dinners. Everyone talked about how comfy the beds were and even the futon in the media room. Loved that this house is next to the grass field so we could drink our coffee on the porch while our little played in the grass. Also loved that the house was stocked with tons of games, kids toys, etc. we will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for for my friends and family. The location of the home was a dream for us and our young kids. The back porch overlooked a big lawn with plenty of space for our kids to run and play and was easy for us to keep an eye on them. We had friends staying one house away from us and we felt very safe having our kids run back and forth from each house. We enjoyed the amenities so much that some of us never even left the LookOut property during our stay. The grounds and pool area were very clean and welcoming. They have shuttles to pick you up from designated spots and take you anywhere you need to go within the large property. The private beach was a favorite spot for us and was the perfect setting. We built so many memories and didn’t want to leave.

The home is very well maintained, very clean and comes with everything you can think of for cooking, towels, etc. Nice newer development with great walkability. Close to winery tasting rooms and town. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend others to stay here. The only downside is that there should be room darkening drapes in the master bedroom on the 1st floor. The lights from the neighbors porch shine in all night and when the sun comes up at 5:00 am it is extremely bright and hard to sleep. But that should not deter anyone from staying at this house.

The only thing that could've made it better if if the hot tub at the house was working. It wouldn't go up higher than 98 degrees and the guest services had to order a part to fix it so it was not available to us for the duration of the stay.

The set up worked great for each person to have their own space to relax along with great space to hang out and catch up. The property was well cared for and everything was in good condition. The property manager was on top of everything and sent lots of great information leading to our stay which helped us plan a fun weekend. They even call to check in when we arrived to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely stay here again.

It had everything we needed for a week long trip. The front of the house faces the vineyard lawn and the kids loved playing out there. We were pretty close to the pool and were there almost every day. All around a great family vacation.
