Positive: Cozy and well equipped apartment in a quiet but central part of Gothenburg. They have a convenient and efficient check in system with a code for the front door and your room sent to you a few days before arrival. The employee I spoke with on the phone was exceptionally kind and helpful. There’s a cute breakfast place with great bagels a few minutes away called Jimmy & Joans, and a really good specialty coffee place called A43 Coffee. And lots of nice bars and restaurants to discover in the neighbourhood. Also, the building itself and its immediate surroundings are very nice. And finally, having a washing machine in the basement was a huge plus.
Negative: There was an oversight with the cleaning, it seems the pillowcases had either not been changed from the previous guest or weren’t properly cleaned as some of them were full of hairs.

Positive: 2nd time I been here, I love the homely feel it gives with a kitchen with all the crockery knifes forks spoons glasses you need. Supermarket is 5 min walk and all the restaurants you ever needed are just the right distance that you can have peaceful night with the windows wide open.

Positive: Our apartment was spacious, quiet, and in a very convenient location from which we could reach the city centre or the next tram by walking 5-20 minutes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had an oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, and freezer. The bathroom was modern and clean.
Negative: When we arrived at the official check-in time, we discovered that our apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We called the property manager who promised to send cleaning staff immediately and have our room ready within one hour, but when we came back from a walk at the agreed time, the cleaning staff hadn't even arrived yet. They came some minutes later while we waited in the hallway. All in all, we could enter our apartment only 2.5 hours later. Given the fact that we had had a very early flight and hoped to rest during the afternoon, this was very inconvenient for us. Apart from this, the double bed was actually two single beds put together. For a couple who likes to sleep close to each other, this is a bit uncomfortable.
