Summary: The condo was perfect for the price and you can't beat the location. It's easy to walk the area for shopping and restaurants, and the beach is right out the front gate! It was also nicely stocked with supplies. The biggest bummer for me was that 3 out of the 4 mornings of my stay, I was awakened by a trash truck (I think) with beeping and loud slamming. I sleep like the dead, too and this woke me up. I was looking forward to sleeping in on my vacation, but this had me up between 6-7 a.m. I enjoyed my stay overall, but this would give me pause from booking there again. This is not the fault of the property owner obviously, as it's out of her control, but I mention it as an observation of my stay.

Summary: The location can't be beat! Across the street from the beach, next to restaurants and shops, including an ice cream shop next door. It's a tight fit for more than 4, but can sleep 6. I live locally and wanted my visiting family to have somewhere to stay right on the beach for a couple of nights and somewhere for the baby to nap. It was prefect for that.

Summary: We just got home from 7 days in the condo on Pass-a-grille beach. It really is the perfect location. Restaurants, shopping, cocktails, beach and pier all just steps away. I loved having coffee in the morning on the communal balcony and then heading back up to watch the beautiful sunset. The condo was perfect for my husband, myself our three adult kids. The air conditioner was a champ, kept us cool and comfortable the entire week and it was in the high 80’s with the sun blazing the entire time. It was equipped with everything we needed and I was happy to find beach chairs and noodle floaties in the closet! It was quiet at night even with the bar right next door. We definitely would stay here again the next time we visit!

Summary: We arrived at the unit and it is on a great beach in a great location on this island. Upon arrival we arrived in the unit and unpacked and unfolded the sofa bed and murphy bed and crackers/ chips/ cereal fell all out on the floor, maybe the cleaning staff does'nt clean these areas, we cleaned it up and did not complain. We had a great stay, wonderful place to take a vacation at and would highly reccommend staying here again just not at this particular condo. We got home and today I have a charge of $89 pending and the owner claims we stole (10) towels!!! We had a bundle of (3) towles and wash rags in each bedroom upon arrival, there was not (10 towels total!!! We cleaned up before checking out and place the (6) towels with all the bed linens in the bathroom per the instructions on the fridge. This is highly unprofessional to accuse a tenant of this, maybe she should check with her cleaning people and not accuse people of this. We are from Texas and traveled along way to this beach, will still highly recommend just will not be staying here again and am disputing this charge that was falsely put on my credit card!!!
