Positive: Was very big and spacious, and the kitchen has all the necessary tools to prepare nice stuff at the place. The lighting is nice and the neighborhood is pretty decent. The location is close to the center (20 min walking) and we had everything we need at hand close by (a Neto for products, as well as a bus stop close). Also, the owner is available by phone to ask any specifics if needed.

Negative: I don't know if it was stated at the description, but we didn't have proper bed covers to warm up without having to turn up the heating above of what usually we use. Also, I would ask the owner about specific necessary things before going to the place or whenever arriving. For example, the hair dryer was not working properly, so we had to get one from friends. Still, a positive thing is that the owner told us that she could get one when we presented this issue to her, so she offered a solution.
