Summary: The entrance lobby is very grand and the reception staff are excellent and most helpful. We had booked a larger room and specifically asked for it to be a non smoking room - unfortunately on opening the door we were greeted by the smell of stale tobacco. The front of house staff quickly changed us to another room but it was a slight downgrade from the one booked. A nice hotel in a good neighborhood but it's a fair way to all of the sights and metro. Please note: The bar is closed for refurbishment until late November and the swimming pool is shut in the winter.

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable but the water pressure of the shower was bad. It took long time to take a shower. I needed a nice hot shower after a long day at work.

Summary: We loved our stay. The location was central (though far from a subway stop). The roof top pool was amazing! Bed was comfy and big, and even though the room was small it didn't really feel small with high ceilings.

Summary: Very friendly and helpful staffs. I had some issue with Didi taxi and the hotel staff called for me and solved problems. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location was very convinient for my trip (I used Didi only though). I will come back to stay.
