Positive: Located far from tourist towns on the eastern coast of Crete, this small, quiet village features stunning beaches with crystal-clear water and white sand. We had a room with a central sea view, which included a living room with a kitchen and two single beds leading to a terrace, plus a separate bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs, there's a restaurant (the photo shows the rise of the red moon, full moon on July 22, 2024, from the restaurant's terrace). The stay was very successful, but the only thing that needs improvement is the air conditioning. There is one small air conditioner in the living room for all rooms, and unfortunately, it is not sufficient to cool all spaces during the summer temperatures. There's a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but it doesn't help much, so our nights were exhausting and somewhat sleepless due to the high temperature in the room. For this reason alone, I deduct as much as three stars. The rest would be a 10 relative to the price and description.
Negative: Air conditioning.

Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at LivikoView with my husband and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and cute decorated. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a quick breakfast or dinner, making our stay even more convenient. Katherina and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, ensuring we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal, with the beach just a 10-minute away. The village itself is small, quiet, especially in May, providing a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility. Overall, our stay at LivikoView was wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway.
