Positive: This stay was very comfortable and had all amenities I could think of and more. This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment for a trip and have been please both times. It was relaxing and quiet and had plenty of storage space. The ability to access the apartment through a link was very convenient and was hassle free with my late evening arrival.
Negative: There are only about 5 or six parking spaces reserved for these apartments and I found it difficult to find a spot several times. I believe there might be neighbors or visitors using these spots designated for Living Partments and I had to find alternate parking down the street.

Positive: Amazing place, great location, super clean, kitchen packed with everything you can think of, quiet and chill neighborhood, lovely apartment altogether and honestly would have been a perfect 10/10 if not for the TV/internet issues. I'm still going to rank it as a 10/10 but please be aware of the downside.
Negative: You unlock your front door from a website but if you want to watch Youtube on the TV or God forbid some Netflix, you probably have to perform a goat sacrificing ritual because we, two tech-savvy people in our early 30s that work in IT, couldn't figure out how to do it on their input-locked TV: appcast/chromecast connection is available but broken and would not stream regardless of the devices we tried with (two iPhones, one laptop), OS running on the TV prevents you from doing anything whatsoever other than watching TV channels (I think I last watched a TV channel in 2008, didn't even realize that was something people still do), checking the weather (ok, great) and listening to radio (in the year of our Lord 2023?!), HDMI cable connection didn't work. We ended up using a laptop, which wasn't much better as the WiFi would reward us at peak with 500kbps :|
