Summary: The hotel is subpar to say the least. We arrived at 340 pm check in is at 4 pm and our room wasn't ready. They don't clean rooms daily. For the price I don't think this is acceptable. We didn't realize the outside pool is for adults only until we checked in.

Summary: Excellent value for proximity to the village. The room are okay. The lobby is still closed off due to construction. Overall, nothing exceptional but no serious complaints.

Summary: Location - fantastic Room wasnt ready when we arrived so was somewhat irratating. we were a bit early but 4 hrs after guest checkout. Lots of renovations ongoing so construction equipment everywhere but didnt impact us. Beds and pillows super comfy but ultra loud fan in room prevented us from sleeping. Both free perks (hr kayak and range balls) couldnt be used as they closed the kayaks the day we were planning to go. Pool area by the golf course was super relaxing with great music and ideal water temp but they still have covid restrictions in place making the # of loungers available pretty ridiculous…. The waterside restaurant on site is fabulous.

Summary: When pulling up to the property seen that its under construction however i didn't heaar any noisy aat all The lady with the long hair at checkin was absolutely delightful. The hotel us very clean and the amenities are great, very nice pools and a huge hot tub.

Summary: We had to wait very long for hot water and when it came, it was just a bit more than warm, no kettle, and no hair dryer. We wanted to sit outdoors, and when we found the outdoor seating area, there were only 4 Muskoka chairs and a few picnic tables. There was no space anywhere for us to play board games comfortably.
