Summary: 5 Year Wedding Anniversary Trip and we were not disappointed. We Did the AquaPath and Couples Massage and it was amazing! Our room was great, a lot bigger than we were expecting. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Overall, the experience was great. The location was amazing. The restaurant on site was superb. Same with the spa. The only thing that I had the problem with, would be the condition of the room. The rooms definitely need to be updated or at least just maintained better. They were very clean just seemed more like a dorm room than a comforting spot to stay. The staff was truly amazing. We went for our honeymoon and we let them know ahead of time and they were kind enough to prep the room with some rose petals on the bed and some towel sculptures of swans and roses. It was truly amazing. Would recommend going will probably come back on our anniversary.

Summary: We had a great time with our family. The resort has a park, Plath pad, outdoor hot tub and indoor pool and hot tub. The water slide was fun! Our room was a little run down (a few broken things) but was clean and came with all the things we would need in our kitchenette. Cool area to explore, close to lots of things. Overall, we had a great time 😊

Summary: This was our second stay at this hotel. Last stay we gave them a pass on the lack of some services/amenities as they were doing renovations. This stay we were in the new section of the hotel but you have to go outside or use inside stairs to access the older part of the hotel where the front desk/restaurant/pool/spa etc are.Not handy for seniors or handicapped. We both woke up with multiple little red bug bite marks on us. We wont be back to this hotel.

Summary: You can everything..Kids and adults running up and down the halls..Talking in the next room through the walls..You can hear ppl talking outside when windows and door is shut .. They need get new furniture not very comfortable you sink when you sit in the couch..The amount of money you pay a night they still expect you to pay for tolite paper if you run out or if you need more towels or even you would like house keeping ..When inwent looking for a coffee cup i couldnt find then then i looked in the dishwasher and all of the dishes were still in there..Not sure if they expected us to do thier job and put rhem away or not but we did not..If you wanted light you had to put a card in the slot at the door for lights to work thought we were on a cruise ship not a expensive hotel room..

Summary: Global good but for the price I think you can be better. Not proper clean, some insect in the room, to book appointements online very hard . You pay much money but nothing is free only The swimming pool and even here there are time restrictions. For this price things were supposed to be wow but didn't have that effect. I was a few minutes late for the massage because I had trouble closing my locker, and the masseuse, who was not even courteous, told us we were late and didn't wait another 05 seconds, if only out of kindness.

Summary: Didn't find staff to be overly helpful- most were on their phones when not assisting customers ( noticed this at reception, housekeeping in the hallway, lifeguard!!!), room was good, liked the balcony. Very quiet resort. Hot tub was nice.
