Positive: -COMMUNICATION WAS AMAZING!!! only reason we took a few minutes to gain access was because I did not check my email for the proper quick and easy check in otherwise it would have been seamless. A gentleman saw us in the lobby, struggling and walked me through it all step by step (which I later realized was in that email I didn't read while I was trying to navigate to the property) -Property was super easy to find, conveniently on a corner and labeled outside. -The step by step sign in was perfect with pictures, I wish I saw before the very kind gentleman had to help me. -for the rest of our stay it was super nice to just use my phone to access the doors and elevators. -location was next to multiple bus stops and close enough to downtown. felt very SAFE -close enough to a coop and aldi for last minute items/waters at night -CLEAN SPACE. we got a little warm, but opened the windows for a few mins and were perfectly comfortable
Negative: only "complaint" which isnt really one because I didnt need it, just wanted it- the tv. tried to mirror, didnt work, and couldnt access channels. again, not necessary. and did NOT at all effect my overall rating of this property.
Summary: INCREDIBLE communication, easy check in, great location, clean, and safe.

Positive: Super clean! Convenient with flexible (self-) check-in and -out.
Negative: If you have a lot of luggage and arrive by train, it is not the most convenient. Ok otherwise :-)

Positive: The package is good and fair ir you consider the crazy prices in Zürich. Not the charming center, but there are good restaurants around. And the property itself in modern, clean and very convenient.
Negative: I'm 58, so the whole app, and tech things bother me a little. But I consider this mostly my fault.
Summary: Definitely worth it.
