Positive: The place is tidy. Furnished in a modern way. The view of the cathedral is distant but quite nice. The location is also good.
Negative: No Breakfast included. We traveled with 3 kids and some croissants and fruits would have been convenient, No mineral water was filled in the fridge. Any feedback at the check-out would be convenient. Communication with the management was not consistent.

Positive: Very nice that there was a personal Welcome by San. She was very friendly and took the time to explain everything about the keys and the appartment. The appartment was very clean, modern and spacious. It had all the necessary amenities and it's perfect for a longer stay in Paris.
Summary: We had a lovely stay in this beautiful spacious appartment. Very nice location!

Positive: Beautifully decorated with spacious rooms (Parisienne standards). Lovely shower. View of the Sacre Coeur. There’s a little supermarket close by.
Negative: It’s not in the best area in Paris. Try avoid using Chateau d’Eau station if you want to use the metro, especially at night. About 25-30 minutes on metro from main attractions. If you are visiting in summer, note that there’s no aircon. Fans were provided. Something strange with the lights - they kept on flickering after switching them off.
Summary: Beautiful apartment in Paris. Despite the things noted we had a good stay.

Positive: Fantastic apartment in the 10th. Really spacious and comfortable, close to about 3 underground stations
Negative: Maybe some advice that Chateau d'Eau underground is a bit dicey at night whereas the other 2 nearby undergrounds were great. But other than that, everything about the apartment was awesome
