Positive: I must say I am so thankful I booked this property. They were very professional by sending messages through my booking app informing me about what to expect. I was really glad to know that I could just walk down a straight road from Gare du Nord Station to my property as it made it very convenient with my luggage. It was just a 10 minute walk. Upon arriving we were greeted by Emeric, who showed us the apartment and the facilities. The host were really thoughtful in giving all instructions from operating the washing machine, hob , dishwasher etc via a scan code. The place was really clean. The host were really quick to respond too. The unit is on the 5th floor you could use the lift but its extremely small. As I had read reviews before I was fine and expected to find a small lift but we managed to get the luggage up a few rounds with the lift. The best part was the location. It was soooo convenient. They were ample restaurants and shops. Just cross the road and there was an express supermarket (U express).You could walk to either Poissonniere metro or Cadet. We even walked down all the way and recahed galleries La Fayette. The metro line takes you the the lourve too. A very convenient line. Overall, enjoyed our stay so much that we miss the place.

Positive: Plenty of space, so clean, plenty of bed linens and towels, beautifully decorated, perfect for a large group
Negative: The 30E fee for late check-in. We didn’t need to pay this but it was stressful.
