Summary: Room was clean smelled a little musty. Full kitchen appliances but no coffee maker. Limited towels. Convenient to everything. We just went up.to hear Darrell McCall at the Sundown Club so it was.peefext.for.a short stay. Great rates and next time we will take our own cookware and such and maybe check out the river

Summary: Was clean and quiet. A comfortable room. Easy parking. Am disappointed with the tv as it is a roku tv instead of like cable or satellite dish. I dont bother with roku or netflix or anything subscription. Otherwise everything was good.

Summary: The option to have 3 beds was amazing. Clean motel. Towels and bedding a little on the rough side. Would stay again if in the area.

Summary: Room was clean. Everything worked. We had a kitchen so made use of the refrigerator & microwave. Taco Bell & Valero was 900’ away. Parking was free & easy to park by our room. Victor was helpful but did not know about local fishing. Motel was close to river fishing. A/C worked great. The bedding was casual but clean. I rested well but my husband said the bed hurt his back. Will go back because of the amenities. We liked the kitchen. There were no pots & pans but we did cook. Shower was fine & it had a tub but we left early to go fishing. Sheets were not “high end” but clean. No bugs seen & I am picky about that. I would give it an A- just because no local fishing knowledge. Had to go back for WiFi password.

Summary: Property was simple but well maintained. It is the best hotel value in Llano in my opinion. However, better quality soap and shampoo would be appreciated

Summary: I scored low on amenities only because there aren’t any. It is a modest motel. But it is nice, clean, with a helpful and friendly staff.

Summary: This is always my go to stay when visiting Enchanted Rock, Inks Lake and the Llano/Burnet area. The owners are very nice and always welcoming every time I come down to explore. The rooms are perfect for somewhere pleasant, safe, clean, convenient to everything and all the amenities that you need without breaking the bank and another plus is that? Cooper’s BBQ is right across the street. It’s nice to look forward to your stay along with the adventure and it’s like this every time.
