Positive: We really like these apartments and have used them several times however not the larger one which we used this time
Negative: The one bedroom door handle kept sticking so frightened my 90 year old aunt as she thought she was going to be locked in her room therefore she left her door slightly ajar - we did report this. To our horror a very gross dirty pair of mens underpants were found by the chest of drawers in the bedroom with the en-suite this was very abhorrent and distasteful, obviously the room had not been checked properly before our arrival - most unusual for this establishment

Positive: We didn't get to stay in this property we got a call two hours before check in to say that the apartment we booked was no longer available and that they had to relocate us to a hotel three story large style town house we was on the top floor no lift and a toddler pushchair in tow no suitable at tall won't book with this provider again.

Negative: Very expensive for what it was and we did not get the apartment we booked. Also they did not explain where the hot tub was or how to access it until we checked out.
