Positive: Property had a very good kitchen with everything you would expect. Spacious rooms and the beds were very comfy and you could tell throughout the property that it was stocked with quality products.

Summary: Mabeth was a very good host, property was comfy, quiet at night.

Negative: The weather !!! the only thing was the extra charge for heating and water although minimal I wasn't aware of this happening

Negative: Were unaware that we were in an upstairs apartment prior to arrival. It was a little inconvenient with luggage, however, it was not a major issue.
