Summary: On a road that is only accessible from one direction for a car, hence find Lidl first. Sat Nav takes you down a too narrow road for car from other direction.

Summary: I spent two weeks here. The access to the property it's not the easiest one but plenty of parking space. The property has all the furniture you need and the owner is always very friendly and checked throughout the stay if everything was OK. Very close to the centre.

Summary: House was easy to find, once I'd rung the owner who met us at local Lidl! Narrow road. Wonderful welcome, given produce from kitchen garden. Nothing was too much trouble, even though we were there at very busy grape harvesting time. The house is simple but more than adequate as a place to come back to at end of day, or just to stay at and chill. We speak Portuguese which helps a lot, but television also had some English/American channels. People of Ponte de Lima and places around very friendly and helpful. We had hired a car and I would say that is pretty essential, otherwise hard to get to. Property is a ten to fifteen minutes walk from centre. Highly recommended.

Summary: The house was very well appointed and the garden excellent. Nazare was brilliant and warm hearted; she urged us to take vegetables from the garden and gave us eggs.

Summary: "Uma casa portuguesa, com certeza" :-) The house is perfectly equipped. All you need for a wonderful stay, you will find there. The next supermarket can be reached by walking within 10 minutes! The center of Ponte de Lima need just a walk of 20 minutes. Donna Linda and her daughter are really warmhearted persons (as portuguese people usually are) , so we liked them very much! (Dois beijinhos ;-) ) If there would be the possibility to give more than 5 stars we would give! May be the next year we will come again. Ate a logo & um grandissimo abraco

Summary: Comfortable house with nice porches, big bathroom, and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Attentive hostess made sure we found our way, showed us features of the house, provided some drinks and snacks and told us about local celebrations. We had a great time. It's an easy walk to the town center and we had success navigating to the house using google maps. Bring your Portuguese dictionary if you want to ask questions. Ponte de Lima was a nice small town to stay in for Portuguese experience and good location to visit attractions in the North.

Summary: We were very happy during our stay in this beautiful new and very well equiped house. The house was very clean, quiet and the bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was pefect for those who love cooking (like us). A fish lorry comes twice a week in the street and you can buy (thanks the help of Nazare family- I would have not noticed) fresh fisch for a very reasonable price. What we particularly loved while staying at Ponte de Lima was the nature, the wonderful Little ways and meetings very nice people from the village. We do say thank you again to the whole Nazare Family who was particularly carring to us. We would love to come back. Thanks again to maria and all the best from Berlin. The Schertels
