Summary: We received an email prior to our stay with clear, helpful instructions on how to find the hotel and where we could park our car. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to help us with a car rental issue, which was of immense help. Be prepared for lots of stairs through the town! Wonderful and varied ceramic shops all along the street. Enjoyed our stay

Summary: The first of several two or three night stays in hotels on a driving tour of southern Sicily. This was an excellent start. Very helpful staff and good advice on where to eat in the town and what to see locally. Access can only be on foot (and up steps) and quite a chore with several cases to carry, but compensated by the welcome and hospitality.
