Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Conveniently located close to Ancona and close to wineries and the Grotte & Santuario de Frasassi. Very good (Sweet) breakfast, perfect Cappuccinos. Comfortable bed. Landlord cooled wine for us as the fridge in the room did not work

Negative: Welcome was a bit cool, no explanations whatsoever. Big contrast to the welcoming service during breakfast. Fridge in the room did not work. Bathroom was full of mold, hard to understand why this is not better taken care of (bedroom was in good shape).
