Positive: The location was excellent, just in the middle of beautiful Dozza.

Negative: The best was not the most comfortable, and there was no shampoo, only some shower gel. The check-in time was a bit too late (4pm), especially since most places around there were closed so we had to wait in our car for quite a while, and the check out time was quite early as well (10pm). We understand ofcourse that the rooms have to be cleaned but it was a bit excessive.

Positive: Our room matched the overall style of the town perfectly and offered a great view. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel provides dedicated parking spaces in a large parking lot behind the building, which was very convenient for parking (less for carring everything to the room, which was in a very different street of the town). Breakfast had a good selection and the quality was very good. We also tried the restaurant at night and had a good time.

Negative: Check-in was a bit chaotic, as the restaurant where we were supposed to receive the keys was closed when we arrived. By chance, we spoke to a very friendly young man at the café next door. Although he wasn’t familiar with the hotel’s procedures, he kindly helped us contact the owners and handed us the keys. Unfortunately, we later had to bother him again because we couldn't find the room and tried several buildings and rooms. It turned out that the room was located on a completely different street. We had received several instruction messages in advance, but they turned out to be inaccurate, which caused some confusion.

Positive: We (group of 5 women) stayed in a beautiful little town, right in the historic center, and the location could not have been more same and charming. The apartments are nicely furnished and well equipped, making the stay very comfortable. Future guests coming from abroad should be aware that the towels provided are typical for Italy. While they might look different from what some are used to, they work perfectly well, so there’s no need for prejudice. We did encounter a small misunderstanding with our booking. As a larger group, we reserved two rooms without realizing that each was located in a different part of the town. They were very close to each other, but still separate. The hosts were able to help us manage this situation, but for future guests it would be helpful if such details were made clearer—perhaps through photos of the apartments or a map of the accommodation. Overall, it was a lovely experience in a wonderful setting, with just a small note for improvement regarding clarity in group reservations.

Positive: The view on the hills that I was able to enjoy from the small balcony was so pleasant and the sheets in the bed were made in such good cotton you wont find no more and fantastically ironed, a real treat !

Negative: The way from the parking to the “reception” should be better enlightened and cleaned
