This recently renovated home features an open concept with a well-equipped kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open concept allows guests to gather for a meal or relax by the gas fireplace and watch a movie. Guests can also gather in the game room, which tends to be the heart of this home. The game room features a large bar area with two flat-screen TVs ideal for watching multiple sporting events at the same time or syncing the TVs so that no matter where you are in the room, you have the perfect view. Adjacent to the game room is an additional gaming area with a ping pong table, dart board, and other activities for guests to enjoy. Summary: We had such a great time. The house came with so much, it did not feel like a rental. It felt like being a guest in someone's home. Cannot wait to go back. LOVED the hot tub.

Summary: This was our second year at this home! Very very clean well stocked and big!! Our family had our Thanksgiving weekend dinner for 11 adults! Lots of space for all of us to have dinner and play games! Host is exceptional!! Due to an early snow storm on our arrival date she messaged us that morning. She was concerned about weather conditions and suggested we check in at 10 am instead of the 4 pm checkin! I can not say enough about our stay!! Absolutely wonderful!!!! Beautiful location!!! We will be back next yr!!!

Summary: Our entire family spent Labor Day weekend celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We took in hiking, swimming, S’mores, and many more surprises from our children and grandchildren. We had 16 family members and the house and sleeping arrangements was perfect. It was like the house was made for our family. I held back tears many times because the weekend was so special and our family will have memories forever.

Summary: This property provided everything we needed and is in a great location. Amanda was very helpful with hot tub maintenance and made herself very available for any issues. Our family has been vacationing all over eastern US and this was by far one of the best rentals.

Summary: We had 17 people 8 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 4-17. The house is huge and had plenty of space for all us. The pool was great at the community area and had lots of toys and noodles for anyone’s use. The kids loved the hot tub and even when it rained we were able to use it because it is under a covered screened in porch. The house had plenty of towels and was very well stocked in the kitchen with everything you could need. They even had a spice cabinet with lots of commonly used spices. They had lots of games, puzzles, and movies and even a cabinet with craft supplies. The kids and adults really enjoyed the ping pong table. Amanda thought of everything to make it a fun place for all ages of kids. Upon arrival the house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. Amanda was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely rent again if we are ever in the area! Thanks Amanda for sharing your home!

Summary: Carl’s was terrific. The house design was great for a large group - it was welcoming, extremely clean, and super comfortable. From the game room, to bar, to kitchen - everything was well apportioned for entertaining every age group. We spent a late winter weekend with an extended family group of 9 adults and 5 children and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. When we weren’t enjoying everything the house had to offer, the location was convenient for skiing at Hidden Valley or sneaking away to Seven Springs for activities and lunch. Amanda was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back to Carl’s for our next Hidden Valley trip!
