Come and enjoy the breathtaking ocean sunrises and in season, watch the cruise ships pass by at sunset. Our beautiful suite is across from the Oyster Bay Nature Park where many shore birds nest and sea animals live. Long sandy beaches with pristine water perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddle boards. The kids will love building sandcastles and wading in the tidepools looking at the little crabs, fish and other beautiful sea creatures. Bring your wind surfer for those stormier days. Our suite is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, gas range, fridge and dishwasher. The dropleaf table provides that extra space when eating or doing a puzzle and can be tucked up against the wall when not needed. For those cooler evenings cozy up to the gas fireplace with a warm drink and a good book. You will enjoy stepping out of a hot bath onto the warm heated tile floor in the bathroom. When your good and tired from all that fresh air you can curl up on the queen size bed for the night. For those of you who need a place to put all your outdoor toys we have a locking storage unit just for that purpose. Outside you can enjoy sitting around the firepit roasting hotdogs and making s'mores , when open fires are permitted. We are a 20 minute drive to the base of Mount Washington ski resort that offers world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow-shoeing in winter and great mountain biking trails in the summer plus loads of other fun. Downtown Campbell River is a 20 minute drive north and downtown Courtenay is a 20 minute drive south. You will find many fun and interesting things to do. The outdoor hiking opportunities, golfing, wineries, beaches, fishing and incredible adventures are endless.

Summary: This was the perfect stay for our family of four. The kitchen was very well stocked, comfy couches and bed, beach towels to take out, heated floors in the bathroom. It was exceptionally clean and had any little extras you may want during your stay. It was perfect location wise with equal drives to Campbell River or Comox. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property was everything as billed and more. The place was spotless and very tastefully decorated without being too Spartan or too cluttered- JUST PERFECT!! Dena and Karl are an amazing couple. They were so kind, generous, and attentive with such attention to detail. The kitchen was outfitted for a true cook - not just for throwing together a sandwich. They provide a massive BBQ on your own deck for the guests to user. There is a nice gas fireplace as supplementary heat and to provide atmosphere, real hygge. The location is GREAT!! It is right across from the beach and the hiking/biking trails. Downtown Campbell River is just 20 minutes to the north but Willlow Point and the Oyster River shopping district are very close by. We highly recommend this place for any time of the year.
