Happy-Go-Lucky is a secondary unit located in the quiet, safe, and peaceful community of Ocean Park in the South Surrey and White Rock area. This listing is for the entire floor unit which can be separately rented through 5 other listings also found on Airbnb. Come relax at this tranquil place while still being located centrally around local hot spots!

The kitchen is fully equipped with the following amenities: conventional oven, mini-oven, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, and fridge - allowing multiple families to use the space at once.
There is a dining area and bar table, along with a coffee machine. The shared recreational space includes a TV, workout equipment, books, printer, and furnace which creates a cozy environment for everyone to use. There are two shared bathrooms.
We are located in South Surrey, British Columbia, found in the district of Crescent Beach Ocean Park. Nearby areas and facilities include Elgin Chantrell, Sunnyside Park Surrey, and White Rock. Beautiful views and scenery surround our house within walking distance.
Right next to the property is a bus stop!
A short 6-minute walk takes you to the commercial area, which has Subway, Safeway, coffee shops, banks, public libraries, and various other facilities.
A 10-minute walk takes you to Ocean Park and the renowned 1001 steps, which is perfect for hiking and sightseeing. Crescent Beach is also 10 minutes away where you can take a leisure stroll by the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset.
We're also a short drive away from Richmond, the Vancouver and Abbotsford airport, the American border, and the cruise/ferry dock.
Our location is truly a place where you can fully appreciate the gifts from mother nature!

Summary: We stayed at for a weekend bachelor party. One of the rooms was locked due to something was broken in the room. Originally was supposed to have 2 more people in our party to that would have used this room but they backed out do to time conflicts. So, we were all good on rooms. The communication with the owner was wonderful. And place was very well kept. The only complaint I noticed coming from some people in the party was, the amount stubbed toes on the toilet pedestal. Word of advice, be careful when walking into the bathrooms due to it is tight. Other than that, this was a great place for our group and great location. Shopping, food and the beach was super close. Quiet area at night as well. Gladly would stay here again with a group of friends. Thank you so much!

Summary: Had a large group (10 people) and we were easily able to sleep and stay at this accommodation! Our flight was delayed and Li, the host, messaged us to ensure we were still coming and even though we arrived late gave a tour and showed us the property. The location is sooo close to the beach, walking distance and was a nice quiet area to stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The property has very good location. It is outdated basement, we were there with friends, total 11 people. We fit in very comfortably. There is not enough table chairs for such a group of people. The owner is very nice, she did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, kodoo to her. I guess the price was reasonable for the area and level of comfort.

Summary: All good with the exception of the Barbeque and oven, really needs to be cleaned. Opted to go out to eat rather than using these two items. Could use some sprucing up, paint and updating. Temperature control on the showers vary by whose is using water elsewhere. Host was very nice and welcoming!

Summary: My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was so wonderful that we were able to accommodate all 7 of us. There was plenty of space, beds were comfortable and 3 of us even had our own room, The layout was quite different however it was unique and again lots of space. The parking spaces that were provided for all 3 cars was also truly appreciate. The communication made check in easy. A few notes.. -Tea towels for drying dishes were missing. -A corkscrew to open wine -more glasses for water (plenty of wine glasses and plates - thank you) -one additional hot mitt to take items out of oven (there was only one) These are just a few little items that were missing. Overall a wonderful experience and stay. Thank you so much - Happy New Year to you all. Kathy

Summary: Each room has its own heater but there is no central heating which makes it not a great vrbo property for winter. Also it looks like this is the basement of the house and the owner lives upstairs. Even though we checked out on right time we got multiple reminders from the owner to check out on time.
