Tucked away in a secluded enclave, this unique private-retreat home is located on a 2-acre forested property, with a gentle stream flowing alongside. Both the home and landscape have been masterfully designed to impart feelings of an open expensiveness, as well as warm & cozy living space that is a world within itself.
Our vaulted ceiling elevates the atmosphere by allowing the glistening of leaves, a waters reflection, or the late night shimmering stars to naturally light the house. The central heating is regulated by a gas fireplace - giving life, character, and an uplifting welcome when returning from a days adventures or casual enjoyment.
The back patio covers a relaxing hot tub and quaint patio set that's set against a large canopy of trees and a gently flowing stream. In contrast, our fully stocked kitchen looks out towards our vast front lawn (about 5,000 square ft.) that makes for a long frisbee toss or a blast of a puppy park. Awe-inspiring, peaceful, and playful, the grounds were designed by a now famous landscape architect, such that alongside human enjoyment, quiet guests are occasionally graced by the presence of local wildlife.
The magic of living in this serene natural environment is that it's also conveniently located in one of the most desirable locations, being halfway between Hailey (5 min) and Ketchum (10 min)

Summary: We had a nice time at this beautiful, bright and airy home in Hailey. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with any items needed for cooking, and it was convenient to Ketchum and other activities in the area. We also really enjoyed the hot tub/spa. We spent a lot of time e-biking and swinging in hammocks (we brought) enjoying the cool breezes on this beautiful private property. We plan to return to this peaceful setting. Thank You Thomas, our host for being attentive and responsive. 😊

Summary: This was our 3rd time staying at this property so we are very familiar with the home. House is showing its age but still a good fit for our needs. . Literally got snowed in one day but host very responsive when contacted about this and other issues.

Summary: We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful family getaway. The home is secluded in its own away tucked away from highway 75. We loved the tall ceiling center with a fireplace, amble kitchen space and nice appliances, even better than the pictures in the listing. Our kids love the toys, puzzles and played in the snow. We had a great time snowboarding at Sun Valley, two powder days in a row! The drive to Sun Valley/Dollar mountain was only 15 mins short and Albertsons/Grocery Outlets were only minutes away in Hailey.

Summary: Had a great long weekend stay to do some cross country skiing. The house was perfect and well appointed. Thomas was super responsive to questions and a last minute change we needed to make. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Warm and comfortable property, with location between Hailey and Kitchum giving you great opportunities to visit both towns and ski slops. If you're into cross-country skiing, they have turned an abandoned rail to walking and cross-country ski trail very close to property. Took our dogs for a great walk along the trial.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the cabin/house and loved the fireplace and the large bath. We did sit in the hot tub but could not figure out how to turn the temperature up so it was a bit cooler than we would have liked. Everything was read for guests to stay there and the location was great to explore all the nearby towns.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It gave us the getaway we needed but within just the right distance to have access to great activities. The property is very well kept, very comfortable, and had the space we needed for our family to enjoy our time there. I did have communication with the property manager which was very prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this property to those interested in this area.
