The high quality furniture and fashionable decor' vary from townhouse to townhouse giving each townhouse its own unique style and flair.
This is the perfect property for parents visiting their son/daughter who is attending Miami University. Our nightly rate is devised so multiple individuals, couples, extended family members, or large groups can rent a townhouse together and split the cost for events such as mom's/dad's weekends, graduation, alumni reunions, holiday, birthday, & wedding celebrations, etc. Large enough to entertain and outdoor picnic tables are also available for your enjoyment!

Summary: My family stayed here during our daughters graduation. Close enough to walk when we didn't want to take the car uptown, but far enough away from uptown that we all got a good nights rest. The condo was sparkling clean, the beds were comfy and we all truly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This condo is very close to the campus of Miami University and also has shopping and restaurants near-by. It was very clean and comfortable - stocked with everything you could need from a coffee maker to a dishwasher and laundry facilities in the condo. Much better than staying at a hotel - highly recommended. The management company is very friendly and accommodating - also quick with responses to questions.
