If you are looking for activities Canal Street Recreation Center is just minutes away. Here you will find billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more!
You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, a private master bath with walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. Summary: We stayed in the Villa to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and sister’s 50th. The villa was a perfect size and easily accommodated our party of 5. The villa was sunlit and spotless. Walkable to Lake Sumpter Landing and the Villages golf cart rental sop. The Villa is also walkable to Deport with shuttle to airport Would definitely stay here again. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Summary: My family and I had a death in the family and booked this house and arrived in under 24 hours. The property managers were fantastic in getting the house ready and getting us set up for our stay. The property management company provides everything you need for your stay, including traveling packets for bathroom and laundry needs. The house was very clean and in a good location. Coming for a sad family trip, it was nice to not have to worry about anything with the house! Thank you for making it easy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice, clean and welcoming for our party of 5. We were close enough to Sumter Landing to walk and a short drive to Spanish Springs. The community pool was about 5 homes away. The only negatives were the fact that 2 of the 3 bedrooms were without a television and it would have been nice to be able to go to your room and watch your favorite show as well it was very difficult to get good golf tee times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a real estate agent, I have high standards for property management companies and Down Home Properties exceeded my expectations. They were courteous and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The home was decorated beautifully and all areas were exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and all appliances were in good working order. The beds were comfy, not too soft- not too firm, the hot water lasted for all of us (6 people), and the security deposit was returned to me on the date promised. The only room for improvement was the coffee maker, I suggested that the owner invest in a newer one. My feedback was taken graciously and I have no doubt that the next guest will appreciate the new coffeemaker :) Overall, it was a wonderful stay and great transaction. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting The Villages give this property a try.
