Summary: This place is adorable. We came for a family wedding nearby on 4th of July weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The unit is really adorable inside but it also has everything you could need. It’s very comfortable and has that cute little sparkling pool and it’s own gas grill right off your doorstep. We picked up some groceries and had a nice relaxing summery dinner there outside the first night. It was very hot out when we arrived (July) but the unit was nice and cool with the AC and ceiling fan. Later that weekend it actually got quite chilly because of a big rainstorm that stayed for two days and we were glad to have the gas fireplace. It was very cozy in the morning and at night. Also, we appreciated the wifi and all the streaming channels. We spent more time than we planned to inside because of the rain and it was great to watch our favorite series and read by the fire. It is also a great location! It is so close to the main street where all the ice cream places, shops, restaurants and the lakefront attractions are - one short block’s walk. We had a great time and will definitely keep this place in the file for the future!

Summary: Quiet since it was after Labor Day and the crowds were gone. Perfect place to visit areas around like Franconia notch state park, castle in the clouds, Laconia.

Summary: Our stay here was extremely short so I don't have much to report. The cabin was very small so best suited for 2 people in my opinion (we had 4 and it was a tight squeeze moving around and tough to find space for all our luggage). Beds were comfy and owners were friendly and accommodating. We loved the close proximity to the lake and had a beautiful leisurely walk on the boardwalk.
