6 Bedroom House in Monona

4 bedroom home in a very convenient residential neighborhood. Entire house. Fireplace in living room upstairs and in finished bar/rec room in basement. Paved patio outback with firepit-wood included. Peaceful back yard with lots of mature trees. We have outdoor games available to use. On street parking. One block from many shops and restaurants. Two minutes to beltline that takes you all over the city. Three miles to Alliant Energy Center and five miles to downtown/capitol. Just a short bike ride to parks and Monona Aquatic Center and library. Will also have 1-2 air mattresses for use.
We have two cats that we will board, but want to let you know in advance in case of allergies. Also, this is our primary residence, so it will not be as empty as a normal rental may be. We want to be up front as it may not be what you’re used to .

Summary: Natalie and her husband were so sweet and accommodating. The location couldn’t have been better because we were visiting for a friend’s wedding at the Nature Center near by. The property is better for short stays due to the fact that the house is their permanent residence so there isn’t much room for clothing storage but they have all the amenities! Great back yard for hanging out!

Summary: Happy to leave a positive review on this property's 1st rental. Great property...exactly as described. Pictures were accurate also. Perfect for our group attending the CrossFit games. Would definitely stay here again on a trip to Madison. Close to EVERYTHING! Loved the vibe and feel of the house, probably helps I am a Grateful Dead fan too....haha Only minor issue/ suggestion would be to have more room in the refrigerator for food/drinks guests will bring. We only had breakfast foods, so was not an issue for us, but if guests had more food with them, it might have been an issue. Natalie was great with timely communication and even had a Madison welcome basket for us! THANKS AGAIN!!
