Summary: The property manager has a great eye for decor and prepared the house with all essentials and more for a great stay. Beds were comfy and we felt at home. Definitely staying here again.

Summary: The good the location was great with water access for swimming, kayaking on the provided kayaks etc the ACs worked very well so we were comfortable the bedding and towels were clean The not so good- It looks like previous renters have been tough on the place. Somone had punched a hole in the back of the bedroom door and there were various dents and dings everywhere Not fully the owners problem but the city didnt pick up trash so when we got there the trash can at the street was full and there were 6-8 garbage bags out front. There were flies around and it got to where you could smell the garbage 4 houses down and some critter got into some bags and dragged trash arounnd the yard.

Summary: The house was comfy and clean and a great location so close to Rogers park. My kids enjoyed just hanging there and jumping off the dock. Saw a dolphin swim by the first morning there and manatees swim by periodically. Place is amazing, worth the visit for sure.🏴‍☠️🖤

Summary: Property was clean and had all the amenities necessary. Loved that it was right on the water not far from anything. Only down fall was sharing one bathroom with everyone but it was manageable. Will definitely consider staying here again if we’re down that way.

Summary: Property interior clean but smelled like a fabreeze factory which lingered for 48 hours. Front porch had green mold on screens. Across the street had cars torn down for repair and parts all over. Lots of trash. View from front deck across canal had ski doo’s with gardens growing out of them looked like occupants.
