Summary: This is our third trip to this condo. The location is within easy access to so many amenities. The layout of the condo provides enough room and space for adults and kids to enjoy. Cozy and comfortable with everything you need for a family get away!

Summary: We couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and location of our weekend ski weekend. Plenty of room for 3 moms and 3 teen boys to hang out, play games, and make dinner together. The upstairs loft and basement with fuse ball and video game consoles was a plus for the teens! Short drive to Bretton Woods and very close to North Conway restaurants. Also enjoyed a snowy hike to Dianas Baths only a few minutes away. Owner Paul was very communicative and responsive. Looking forward to a retun visit!

Summary: Everything thing about our stay went well! The hosts were very easy to work with, the furnishings and decor were comfortable and fun, and the location was convenient. We definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: Overall we had a great trip. Pool was warm and enjoyed the amenities. Thought garbage removal and laundry services should have been included in cleaning fees.

Summary: After a few problems that we were able to take care of with Paul, we had a great time! For the most part the property was very clean, well located and supplied. If we are looking for somewhere in North Conway, we would definitely consider this.

Summary: Everything was as advertised. Beautiful accomodations, pool very close by, quiet are but only minutes from downtown North Conway. Would book again without hesitation.

Summary: Every year we do a big family vacation with 4 adults and 4 kids. This was the perfect location and house. The condo was great with a loft for the kids and (2) bedrooms with AC. The first floor had a great kitchen (we cooked most of our meals), dining and living room. The kids liked having a space to play in the basement and the field out back was perfect to run and play in. We appreciated the folding chairs to bring out to the deck and for an extra seat at the table. The little touches make a good stay great! You can see the pool from the front door and the kids loved it. The complex is great to ride bikes in or take a walk. We were close to North Conway, hiking trails, and many activities when we wanted to get out and explore. Paul was quick to answer when we had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: We were a group of 6 adults and 1 child (4). There was plenty of room for all of us. Due to,severe allergies we cook must of our meals and the kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use.
