This is our second property, you can check the comments of our guests of the other with the ID # 856363, so you can be sure that you will be well taken care of. The house is located in the gallery street, half a block from the church and the market of Santa Ana, and two blocks from Paseo de Montejo, the most iconic avenue in Merida, near restaurants, coffee shops ,stores and a supermarket a block at the house. The house has a garage with automathic door for 1 medium car, full kitchen with all the accesories you could need, laundry center, a dinning table for 6 persons, a comfortable king size sofa bed in the living area, a 49" 4k TV. The bathroom with a large shower ,view to the inside garden and the master bedroom counts with a king size bed, 49" 4K TV, closet and the terrace that overlooks the pool and garden where you can rest in the hammock. High speed internet and air conditioning in all areas of the house including the bathroom, the house is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 kids, The water preasure is great since it has hydropneumatic. In the house you can find tourist information, and some amenities such as water, soap, shapoo, etc. All the services (electricity and gas) are included. For stays longer than 5 nights, the cleaning of the house and pool will be included 2 days per week.

Summary: Early in our stay, a wind storm knocked our electricity in our area. The Landlord kept us posted, and if power wasn't re-introduced they would put us up in a hotel! Further, for the inconvenience, (we considered it a camping adventure) they gifted us! Such generosity! For over two weeks, we always felt like we were "coming home" when we arrived back at our lovely place. A highly intense trip of taking Spanish in immersion classes five hours a day, we needed the ability to utterly relax. I thank our hosts deeply.

Summary: Great location and very clean, comfortable well stocked house. Everything worked. It’s located on the less busy part of c60 so very quiet in house and pool area. Communication was excellent. Only slight disappointment was pool area does not get much sun although temperature was perfect for February. Road is being worked on but will only add to area when completed and not that big a problem now. We will stay here again.

Summary: Fernando and his wife extended a superb welcome on arrival. The apartment exceeded what was advertised. Complimentary food, fruit basket greeted us on arrival. I would definitely rate the apartment, location, and services 4.8 star on a 5 point scale. We would definitely stay here on our next vacation in Merida

Summary: We absolutely loved this home. Of course the location is perfect for getting to everything but the home itself is beautiful. The garage really made it so easy to have a car and park without worry. The home comes with way more than other VRBO homes such as some kitchen and bathroom amenities -really appreciated this!! The pictures look just like the real property. Although one bedroom, the space was very roomy plus light and bright. It was spotless upon arrival and the cleaning lady was super nice even bringing us a cake. Very sweet. The pool area was very serene especially lit up at night. Highly recommend this home and the hosts.
