Positive: Room was comfortable and clean, overlooking the Loch, was worried about the noise from the main road but it was fine. The food was good and the staff very friendly. Handy having the boat trips from just across the road.

Negative: No lift unless disabled- couldn’t make breakfast as not early enough so could catch flight from airport, maybe that could betaken into consideration as must know schedule( no reduction off room rate offered).

Positive: The location with the view of Loch Ness was beautiful and the staff were all lovely.
Negative: The buses that continually came in and out parking at the hotel with visitors coming in making it more like a bus terminus than a hotel. The room was very small for the amount we paid we expected more.

Positive: Evening Meal and Breakfast was good. Staff permitted us to start breakfast prior to 8.00 which was convenient as we had a boat trip booked for 9.00am
Negative: Very busy with bus loads of tourists visiting the Gift Shop.
Summary: Generally happy with stay - would return.

Positive: The staff were very helpful, very friendly. The bed was very comfotable, the room was lovely and warm ( cold, wet night) Towels and toiletries good quality. Wonderful view over the loch especially as we had a fabulous sunrise. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and again staff were lovely in warm comfortable dining room with spectacular views of the loch.Parking was good and free. Did not have Dinner as we were attending a friends birthday nearby.
Negative: MINOR drawbacks. No tea variations ie Earl Grey or herbal and Shower had no sliding rail shower head, only overhead, but bathroom otherwise excellent.
Summary: We had a very comfortable, enjoyable nights accommodation and breakfast.
