Positive: Loved the location, quiet just what we needed for recharging the batteries. Loved the balcony at the back and the jacuzzi bath. Loved listening to the birds and silver birch leaves rustling in the breeze.
Negative: The bar stools, would have preferred normal table and chairs.

Negative: Rooms were small. The bedroom we were in had very little hanging and storage space. Poorly equipped. There was not enough equipment to cook anything but the most basic meal. There was no dishwasher or vacuum cleaner. It was disappointing that there was no table. The Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
Summary: Unfortunately the cottage didnโ€™t live up to expectations

Negative: This is a very clean, new, and modern facility. however, obviously catering to the event-orientated stays and NOT holidays. Basic items such as a cheese grater are not available. Rooms are so small that you cannot put a suitcase down unless on your bed. No proper cupboard or packing space. The fridge is minute if staying in a self-catering unit for 4 nights and hardly space to unpack groceries.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful lodges. some larger with hot tubs but the smaller one we were in had a fab jacuzzi bath looking into outdoor decking and country views. Very modern and in a nice tranquil setting 10 minutes drive from Perth and 20 minutes from Dundee. Looks like a fantastic wedding/event venue where all the guests can stay too.
Negative: No negatives at all. Be warned itโ€™s out of town so you wonโ€™t be able to get food or a shop on site. Youโ€™ll need to be organised and bring your own food because thereโ€™s no restaurant open but the village of Errol is nearby but a 5/10 minute drive.
Summary: Gorgeous lodges. Canโ€™t wait to return.
