Summary: Great location. Individual cabins and a main lodge is a good place for a family reunion. Fits 68 only if you are small people and like sharing double beds (not queens, doubles) and lots on the floor. Some beds felt like the springs were coming through. No AC in cabins so we slept very hot after a day in the Sun. Lodge had AC. Our contract said 11 am check out but they made us leave at 10 am. Vacasa responded quickly to our questions but never resolved our concerns. Stove didn't work. We would do this again with less people and BRING FANS if it's going to be hot!

Summary: This location was perfect for our family reunion. It was nice to have the cabins so that babies could nap and everyone could have their own space. My only negative comment was that I texted and emailed the property manager with some questions and never got a response. Also, the washing machine was broken.

Summary: We had a big group and needed a lot of room. Everyone had plenty of space and lots of fun playing baseball on the field next door. The cabins were close to the beach and right next to a church. It was nice to give everyone their own space in the individual cabins. Having a bathroom, tv, and sink in every cabin was very nice. Everyone said it was the perfect place to stay for a Bear Lake Reunion. However, I gave it a 4 for a couple of reasons. The cell reception and internet was really spotty in that area. Also, there was only one tub and we had quite a few kids that were coming from the beach. Also, our thermostat was bright blue LCD and shined really brightly all night long. One of our cabins had no cable for 3 days, even though a ticket was opened the first night. Nobody ever came to fix it. One of the cabins also smelled strongly of cat pee. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, with a couple of minor problems. Just like any place you'd visit.

Summary: It was perfect for our large family. The 10 cabins where families could use for themselves was wonderful. The Lodge gave us the extra rooms we needed, and a place for food preparation and just lounging when it rained. We loved the close proximity to Bear Lake North Beach, and all the Raspberry Days activities in Garden City (without all the crowds). It's showing it's age, with some minor repairs needed, hopefully that will get done. Very glad it had two refrigerators. We brought fans for the cabins that didn't have A/C, but found that each one had fans provided. I surely would recommend it to other families.
