Positive: I liked the Lodge and the onsite contact.
Negative: I will never book anything through sykes cottages again, they were beyond useless. They would not send me basic details of how to get to the lodge, they wouldn't answer on the live chat, wouldnt give me the what3words to get there and they also wouldn't reply to email all they said was ask the number we gave you The company clearly wants your money but to do nothing at all for it. I found them very unprofessional, if it wasn't for the onside phone number I was given I wouldn't be able to find it or get in, I would only ever book direct with the owner if thats possible. Never use sykes cottages !!
Summary: Fantastic place. Horrible booking experience.

Positive: every thing is there to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Feels exclusive as there are only a small number of lodges
Negative: nothing comes to mind apart from the gravel path may be a small problem for people with mobility issues but it wasn’t for my parents who have mobility issues.
Summary: We had a fun relaxing break knowing that every time we came back to the lodge it was comfortable warm and well equipped

Positive: Everything you need to make it a home from home. A great place to come and go as you set off and explore Cornwall
Negative: The ladies would of liked mirrors in the bedrooms but all in all there was nothing to dislike. Equipment wise everything was there and a high standard at that.
