Positive: The hotel was exceptional and the spa was so relaxing. I paid for a massage which was dreamy. It was very dog friendly. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as it was closed the evening we stayed but we got a take away from La Voute which was very close by and we ate in our room. The room was spotless and cosy too

Positive: Location and view from the terrace was awesome! The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms were exceptionally clean
Negative: It was a shame the temperature of the pool was soo low, it was borderline cold.

Negative: We had agreed an early check in but that failed, the room cleaning team were incredibly late, one day this happened at 5.30 pm which is not good enough, when we questioned reception they were not interested and this was a real shame, as otherwise the hotel was excellent, get more cleaners guys !!!!!

Positive: Hotel is perfectly located at the ski lift so is ideal for ski in and ski out. We had a hot tub on our balcony which i thought was silly but we used it everyday! loved it. Restaurant is good, if a little expensive and noisy as a popular spot. Definitely would stay again
