Positive: Good location. The kids liked the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, if the neighbors are not noisy you can sleep well.
Negative: The neighbors are very audible through the wall - very bad insulation. For example, at 10:30 pm (at midnight) our neighbors played music at full volume. There are many things missing in the kitchen. If you are lucky with the neighbors, I would say the place is great.

Positive: The location and the cozy terrace. The jazzuzi was a nice touch for our kids. Everything looked modern. Good value of your money.
Negative: The beds were very noisy all night and they were not the most comfortable, however we did sleep well.
