Positive: The loft is very spacious and well equipped. St Brice is very peaceful, but with easy public transport access to Reims centre. Cedric was very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The broadband wasn't working for our stay. That wasn't a problem for us because we weren't reliant on it, but it could have been inconvenient.

Positive: Spacious, had everything we needed for a one night travelling through France. The wifi worked for a zoom call. Private secure parking was good.
Negative: The door you need is labelled 2bis. There is no mention of "Loft". We had to download an app and then use a code on a key system on the inner door. We got in, but have no idea how - was the app for the font door or the inner door?

Positive: Simply perfect. Communication with the owner (Cedric) was excellent, he came very quickly to meet us and show us the surroundings, explained how to enter the apartment and where everything is. Apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is fully equipped (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.). Wi-Fi is very good as well. There's a handy bakery (boulangerie) nearby (Le Fournil de Saint Brice) and Carrefour supermarket is 5 min away.
Negative: We have stayed one night only and we have not noticed any problems or issues with anything.
Summary: Comfortable and peaceful stay. Recommend.

Positive: It was close to the autoroute. It was spacious, light and clean. Great to have a coffee/hot chocolate machine and still and sparkling water. Comfortable beds, Netflix and WiFi for the kids. Quiet area. Excellent bakery very close by. Friendly and helpful host. Great to have bath and shower.
