Positive: The house was clean, cozy and has a very fast internet connection that is indeed good for people who work while travelling. The housekeeper is friendly and proactive in offering to clean the house. The owner urgently called us when we left my laptop charger in their place after check-out. He even offered to bring it to us so we no longer have to drive back to the house. Very much appreciated.

Negative: On our 2nd night, the next door neighbor was causing so much disturbance that it woke us up at 2 AM. Screams of people fighting and arguing, door banging and tricycle's engine all at the same time. I love to go back to the place but knowing the loud neighbors are there, I wouldn't want to anymore.

Summary: GOOD PLACE, LOUD NEIGHBORS

Positive: The host is so friendly and very helpful. He assisted us to change the booking date due to unforseen event. The home is perfect for us since I am traveling with my whole family. We can cook. It has complete utensils. There's a safe parking. After staying there, I told myself that I want to have a house like this in our province. Perfectly fit for a small family. Will definitely stay again when we get back to Baler.

Negative: The only thing is the small aisle going to the house. Nevertheless, it is manageable.

Positive: Positives: The Aircon. The TV with Netflix. The space was adequate for 4 persons.

Negative: The lot was quite simply, unsightly and not particularly pleasant. Noisy cock, right next door, starting at 3am. The neighbour, can be noisy, as the walls seem quite thin.
