Positive: New year's breakfast was amazing but even the regular one was good! Nice re-purposed building and gave historic context in the room. Bonus gallery in the entrance. The surrounding nature.

Negative: Not much natural light in the courtyard view room. Regret not spending much time in the hotel/in Murg.

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay - place looks amazing, view from the room was stunning (huge windows and view from bed on the mountains). Early check-in possible and each evening we were asked about the time we preferred for breakfast (super-nice selection of pastries and muesli+dried fruit, everything freshly made), coffee machine in the lobby was accessible 24/7.

Summary: Went for a 4-day skiing trip and had a really nice quiet and comfortable relaxing time.

Negative: Room was roasting hot and no means to control temperature. Hardly slept. Arrived in the evening and did self check-in, no staff present to ask. Also, quite expensive.

Summary: Lovely rooms near lake but quite pricey and rooms really hot.

Positive: A great hotel, perfect for our one night stopover. Really helpful staff and a very nice breakfast. Rooms were spacious for our family of four.

Negative: I hadn't realised that the hotel was away from the lake, having read the description again it is clear that it is but the pictures made me think that it was on the lake. It only takes a few minutes to walk down to the lake.

Positive: The room was fantastic, high ceilings, big curtains, a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was beautiful and modern, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I had a truly lovely stay.

Negative: The view from my room wasn’t ideal, it faced an office building, and I didn’t feel comfortable keeping the window open with someone possibly looking in. Not a huge issue, but it did take away a bit from the otherwise great experience.
