Summary: Unfortunately the fireplace was a cheap electric fireplace that was connected to an electrical outlet strip and was the same strip the microwave, mini frig, and TV were plugged into. As soon as we had TV on and turned on fireplace, it caused an overload and kicked off all. On a positive, the room was clean and very nice high ceilings and decorated nicely.

Summary: Staff was inattentive. Had multiple issues, like mice in the room, tv unable to connect to WiFi and lots of noise. Brought to attention of front desk and they just shrugged it off.

Summary: The room was very clean and spacious. We did love the decoration on the rooms with the cabin style. It will be nice if they have a cafeteria or a restaurant available at least for breakfast. It was very nice to be able to enjoy a visit to the small Zoo, and to be able to do some shopping on their store. I will recommend this place to my friends. I will definetely will come back to visiy again.

Summary: The thermostat is very hard to work the buttons wouldn't work yet to really mess with it The room had cobwebs in it everybody uses K-Cups now and you had to go up to the gift shop to use a K-Cup they didn't have a cake cup coffee maker in the room

Summary: Clean and quiet! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed! The decor was very cute! Would definitely go back and recommend to friends!

Summary: Great room at a great price. There were a few inconveniences like a non-working tv and slow flushing toilet that kept it from an excellent rating. Definitely recommend!

Summary: Everything was amazing! The rooms were beyond adorable and comfortable.The only thing I gave less than a five star was the mattress.It was a little hard for me. My favorite was waking up going to breakfast and coming back and doing their adorable zoo.Which is on site.
