1300 Square Feet of Log Home Living. Large Two Stall Garage for Renter Use. Parking for 6 Cars. Trailer Parking on Adjacent Lot. Log home that sleeps 8, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, laundry facilities, front covered porch and back deck, living room and 1 bedroom. Loft sleeps 4 comfortably. Screened-in area and campfire pit. Grill out and Dine along the banks of Hunter's Creek. Pullout couch for an additional 2 more guests. Ask about our 10% DISCOUNT for Veterans and First Responders.
If you find the dates you need are already booked, please still call or contact me as we have a cottage right next door to this log home. It is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath home with commanding views of Hunter's Creek. AC available, so the good news is that the price is $170.00 per night. Each room has a ceiling fan and all the box fans you would ever need. Rhonda and I are calling this place the Red Cottage. It has cathedral ceilings with a full kitchen.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The location of the cabin was great, we walked to the Chicken Shack for dinner and also to the General Store for coffee. The cabin was super clean and welcoming. Not having wi-if or cable was a blessing as it made us truly unplug for the weekend. We had a great time and will definitely return.

Summary: This is our favorite place to stay in Silverlake. It works very well for our family, love the log cabin feel! Having a garage to keep our machines and things in while staying is a huge bonus! Guy is great to work with, looking forward to many more stays in coming years!

Summary: Nice place. Felt like you really were on vacation. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t have to worry about disturbing others. Close to attractions. Even seen some wildlife.

Summary: There was no paper or list of house rules or amenities, and there was no wifi ( Internet). We had no way to contact owner, because we did not have service with our carrier (not the owners fault) but we had to drive 6 miles just to have service or our own Wifi. there was no garage door openers for the garage. Beautiful property and great location but not what was listed. We had brought our grandchildren with us and we are not from the area so we could not look any thing up on the internet to plan our day. Also bring water with you to drink and cook with. it was hard water left a bad taste in your mouth and made your food taste funny.
