Summary:
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The Space:
This brand new 3 bed, 2 bath home is nestled on 6 acres of gorgeous wooded land. On one side of the property sits a large fishing pond and on the other side sits Lake Eufaula. The giant patio is perfect for relaxing outdoors and watching the wildlife.
There are three bedrooms. In the primary bedroom there is a split king tempurpedic bed with adjustable base and a futon, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bunk room has two twin beds and a full size bed. You could easily sleep 8 people. There are smart tvs in all bedrooms for your enjoyment. Each closet is a walk-in with plenty of storage and extra blankets. The primary closet has a pack n play, baby walker and high chair for the little ones. There are also two air mattresses if extra sleeping spaces are required.
The kitchen is stocked with all the basic needs including a dual function coffee pot so you can brew your favorite k-cups or loose coffee grounds. There is a microwave, crock pot and toaster in the cabinet.

While you will be able to enjoy the solitude of staying in the woods, you are still close to amenities. Walmart is 15 minutes away. 5 minutes away you will find the Duchess Creek Marina area with a gas station, local bars and a few local eateries. You can also get to the main Eufaula Lake Marina area in 25 minutes.

Summary: The Pros: This is a brand new trailer that's very nice, it has a great porch, fire pit, lake view and small pond to fish in. There's also a swing, baby pack-n-play and pretty much everything you could need. We even had some deer walk right past us one evening. The Cons: The exterior isn't kept up to the same standards the interior is. Spent a half hour cleaning the front porch before we could use it. The grass is very tall and there's a lot of old junk sitting and three partially collapsed old storage buildings. It's pretty tough to find at night. The lake is pretty much not accessible for swimming, but is for fishing if your willing to walk a little (we were). We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Lovely home, beautiful property and a great host. Our time was short as we were just passing through and the weather didn't cooperate. We would have liked to have stayed and enjoyed all this property to offer. Property was so nice we booked a second night on our way back home. We plan to book again for a more extended stay soon. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay on lake Eufaula!

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. Spent most our time outside on the front deck and around the lake. The only thing that could have made it a little better would be a weed eated path to the lake and pond. The hostess was really easy to get ahold of and pleasant to work with. Easy check out. Would stay again. Seems to be a good spot for kids too!

Summary: We loved the property. Kids enjoyed the fishing pond(yes they did catch fish),exploring and smores by fire pit. I loved the tub in the master bath. After a long day at the lake and showers, granddaughters loved the soft blankets and a movie. Outside deck was great, had smoker and pellet grill.
