Positive: What a lovely place - quiet, spacious, well thought out... It feels like you're somewhere special, but homely and relaxing at the same time. Our hosts were lovely too, and their food was incredible - we'd love to come back

Negative: Being totally spoilt for choice in which whiskey to sample... and having to leave after such a short stay!

Positive: Everything was fantastic. So clean, so well designed and extremely relaxing. And above all what touched us so much was that we were leaving quite early, before the breakfast time, and the wonderful owners still prepared us a spectacular breakfast. This gesture we will never forget. Such a jewel of a place!

Positive: Peace and quiet Nice area, great for biking Trailer well equipped for a short stay Shower and toilet in the trailer Very good and swiftly served breakfast

Negative: The trailer gets quite warm during the day and there were no mosquito nets in the one small window that opens or the door so plenty of mosquitoes were eating us alive at night. It was partially our fault as we did not report it to the hosts during our stay. By the checkout they indicated they will fix it so hopefully the next guests will have more luck than us. The bed was not very comfortable. Other thing we didn’t like was a note on a terrace saying guests are not welcome to have their own food or drinks there. We understand the owners have a full right of setting their own rules on their property but it seemed forced and unnecessary. The 4 course dinner was tasty but not balanced protein-wise. One of us reported a food allergy that was not really taken into consideration during breakfasts. All in all our experience of staying at the accommodation was rather mediocre due to all of that.
