Positive: It’s a very nice small room above the Ice cream shop, warm atmosphere place hosted by very nice people, Mario and his wife Katrinka, the owners of the shop where the whole family is busy preparing and serving very tasty ice cream. Great location, you can see the basilica from your window and hear the chimes. It is city centre and close to everything. Do not limit oneself to ice cream, try also Mario’s beer. ;)

Negative: All was good, just for other people - there is no elevator, you have to go up the stairs. And it can be noisy in the evenings, but good soundproof windows will minimise the noise.
